What we collect

The only information this site asks you for is what you type into our contact form: your name, email address, subject and message. Nothing on this site requires an account, and we do not ask for payment details anywhere — online giving is handled on ChurchTrac's own site, not here.

Why we collect it, and what we do with it

We use it to reply to you. A submitted form is emailed to the church office and a copy is stored by Deyo Group, who build and monitor this site for us, so that a message is never lost if email fails. It is not sold, rented, or shared with anyone else, and we do not use it to send newsletters or marketing.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies of its own and does not track you across other websites. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views, which is designed to work without cookies and without identifying individual visitors.

Other services this site uses

Some parts of the site load content from other companies, which means those companies can see your IP address when the content loads:

  • Google Fonts and, on the contact page, an embeddedGoogle Map showing where we meet.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that our contact form is being filled in by a person rather than a bot.
  • Links out to Apple Podcasts for sermon audio andChurchTrac for online giving. Once you follow those links you are on their sites, under their privacy policies.

How long we keep it

We keep contact form messages only as long as they are useful for replying to you and for our records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Children

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them through it. If you believe a child has sent us information through this website, please contact us and we will remove it.

Your choices
